Advising Representative definition

Advising Representative means a registered advising representative of the Manager (portfolio management category), who is fully licensed to make discretionary investment decisions on behalf of clients.
Advising Representative means a person employed by, or acting for, a registrant registered under section 51(1)(a) or (b), who performs the activities of an investment adviser on behalf of his employer;
