AESO Security Documents definition

AESO Security Documents means, collectively: (a) the Fixed and Floating Charge Debenture, (b) the Acknowledgment and Consent, and (c) any other agreement or instrument containing a charge, mortgage, pledge, security interest, assignment, sublease, deed of trust or similar instrument with respect to all or any part of the Generator's Interest; which is provided by the Generator to the AESO from time to time pursuant to Section 10.2 as security for any indebtedness, liability or obligation of the Generator, together with any amendment, change, supplement, restatement, extension, renewal or modification thereof, and including any documents incidental thereto or necessary to effect to the registration thereof;

Examples of AESO Security Documents in a sentence

  • The Generator shall grant such security to the AESO by executing and delivering to the AESO (or arranging for the execution and delivery to the AESO) the AESO Security Documents, together with such resolutions, officer's certificates, solicitor's opinions and other documentation which the AESO may reasonably require in connection therewith, which resolutions, officer's certificates, solicitor's opinions and other documentation shall be in a form satisfactory to the AESO acting reasonably.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Priority Lien Security Documents means the Priority Credit Agreement (insofar as the same grants a Lien on the Collateral), each agreement listed in Part A of Exhibit B hereto, and any other security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, control agreements, or grants or transfers for security, now existing or entered into after the date hereof, executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Priority Lien Agent (including any such agreements, assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust and other documents or instruments associated with any Priority Substitute Credit Facility).

  • First Priority Documents means the First Priority Agreement, each First Priority Security Document and each First Priority Guarantee.

  • Additional Security Documents shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.12(a).

  • Real Property Security Documents means the Landlord Consent and any mortgage or deed of trust or any other real property security document executed or required hereunder to be executed by any Obligor and granting a security interest in real Property owned or leased (as tenant) by any Obligor in favor of the Lenders.

  • Existing Security Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
