AFC Ads definition

AFC Ads means the advertisements provided by Google to Customer under this Agreement through Google’s AFC Service.
AFC Ads means the advertisements, including all of the content in, or delivered with, such advertisements for display to End Users, provided by Google to Yahoo! through the AFC Service under this Agreement.
AFC Ads means Qualifying Ads provided by Google to Customer under an Agreement through the AdSense for Content Services.

  • AFC Ads may not appear on search results pages (other than search results pages on which AFS Ads are not permitted to be served under this Agreement); registration pages (i.e., pages whose primary purpose is to enable users to provide or review registration information), “thank you” pages, error pages, e-mail pages or chat pages, or pages without a substantial purpose other than displaying advertising.

  • Yahoo! shall have the right to distribute AFS Ads and AFC Ads to Yahoo! Partner Properties solely in compliance with the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B.

  • User Interface(s means any technologies thatiii. Solely for clarity regarding ERP licensing requirements under a contract, User Interfaces for ERP shall be deemed part of ERP and therefore require human users Using ERP via such User Interfaces to have a “Named User” and/or “User” license for ERP, as applicable.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing or “MECAB” means the document prepared by the Billing Committee of the OBF, which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECAB document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF-MECAB- Issue 6, February 1998, contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access services provided to an IXC by two (2) or more LECs, or by one LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA.

  • Disaster Recovery System means the system identified by the Supplier in the Supplier Solution which shall be used for the purpose of delivering the Disaster Recovery Services;

LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Data Local Exchange Carrier or "DLEC" is a CLEC interconnecting primarily for purposes of transporting data.

  • Switched Exchange Access Service means the offering of transmission or switching cervices to Telecommunications Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Exchange Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800/888 access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Exchange Access Services.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.

  • Electronic Interface means access to operations support systems consisting of preordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing functions.

VNXX does not include originating 8XX traffic.
