Affected Resident definition

Affected Resident means a Tenant, Homeowner or their Household, that has experienced a Qualifying Loss.
Affected Resident means a Tenant, Homeowner or their Household that has suffered a substantial loss in income, substantial out-of-pocket medical expenses or extraordinary child care needs, resulting in a substantial hardship or inability to pay rent or mortgage payments when due, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, including but not limited to, any COVID-19 related declaration of the County Public Health Officer, or other local, state or federal authority.
Affected Resident means a resident living at a civic address on the street(s) or road(s) or portion of street(s) or road(s) subject to naming or renaming.

Examples of Affected Resident in a sentence

  • An Affected Resident may provide other documentation to demonstrate a substantial hardship or inability to make timely rent or mortgage payments caused by COVID-19.
