Affidavit of Borrower definition

Affidavit of Borrower means a sworn affidavit of Borrower (and/or such other parties as Lender may require, including the Contractor) to the effect that all statements, invoices, bills, and other expenses incident to the acquisition of the Property and the construction of the Improvements incurred to a specified date, whether or not specified in the Approved Budget, have been paid in full, except for (a) amounts retained pursuant to a Construction Contract, and (b) items to be paid from the proceeds of an Advance then being requested or in another manner satisfactory to Lender.
Affidavit of Borrower means a sworn affidavit of Borrower (and such other parties as Lender may require) to the effect that all statements, invoices, bills, and other expenses incident to the acquisition of the Property and the renovation of the Improvements incurred to a specified date, whether or not specified in the Approved Budget, have been paid in full, except for amounts retained pursuant to the Construction Contract.
Affidavit of Borrower means a sworn Affidavit of Borrower in the form of Exhibit F-2, to accompany a Work-Related Advance Request.
