Affiliate Transferee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
Affiliate Transfer is defined in Section 7.03(a)(i).
Permitted Affiliate Transactions means the following:
Affiliate Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18.
Affiliate Transaction has the meaning provided in Section 4.11.
Affiliate Contract means any contract or agreement between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (including the Partnership Group), on the one hand, and any Member or Members or any Affiliate or Affiliates of Members, on the other hand.
Section 385 Controlled Partnership has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(1) for a “controlled partnership”.
Affiliate Member means an individual who is an umpire, referee, coach or other official who is associated with the Association but who is not an Individual Member.
Non-Affiliate means, for any specified Person, any other Person that is not an Affiliate of the specified Person.
Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees Any commercially reasonable treasury management fees, banking fees, title insurance and/or other insurance commissions and fees, title agency fees, and appraisal review fees received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates in connection with any services performed by such party with respect to any Serviced Loan or REO Property, in each case, in accordance with Article III of this Agreement.
Affiliate Program The program we've set up for our affiliates as described in this Agreement.
Affiliate Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(b).
Controlled Affiliate means any Affiliate of the specified Person that is, directly or indirectly, Controlled by the specified Person.
Controlled Affiliates means, with respect to a specified Person, another Person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, has Majority Control of or is Majority Controlled by or is under common Majority Control with the Person specified.
Affiliated business entity relationship means a relationship, other than a parent- subsidiary relationship, that exists when

BHC Affiliate has the meaning assigned to the term “affiliate” in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 U.S.C. §1841(k).
Subsidiary Redesignation shall have the meaning provided in the definition of “Unrestricted Subsidiary” contained in this Section 1.01.
Controlled Company means a company having not more than fifty members and controlled, in the manner described by section 139, by not more than five persons;
Controlled unaffiliated business means a company:
Affiliated Funds are any fund of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Trust (“JHVIT”), Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds II (“JHF II”) or Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds III (“JHF III”), excluding the following funds of JHVIT: the Money Market Trust B, 500 Index Trust B, International Equity Index Trust B and Total Bond Market Trust B.
Benefit Plan Investor means an “employee benefit plan” as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA that is subject to Title I of ERISA, a “plan” as defined in and subject to Section 4975 of the Code or an entity whose underlying assets include plan assets of any of the foregoing.
Plan Affiliate means, with respect to any Person, any employee benefit plan or arrangement sponsored by, maintained by or contributed to by such Person, and with respect to any employee benefit plan or arrangement, any Person sponsoring, maintaining or contributing to such plan or arrangement.
Commonly Controlled Entity an entity, whether or not incorporated, that is under common control with the Borrower within the meaning of Section 4001 of ERISA or is part of a group that includes the Borrower and that is treated as a single employer under Section 414 of the Code.
Designated Affiliate means the affiliates of the Corporation designated by the Committee for purposes of the Plan from time to time;
Affiliate Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21.
