Affiliated Resort definition

Affiliated Resort means a Resort, or Inventory provider authorized by an effective Affiliation Agreement with RCI to offer participation in the Program.

Affiliated Resort means a resort or other facility containing one or more Qualifying Interests which has become affiliated with The Club from time to time on a direct basis pursuant to a Club Affiliation Agreement or pursuant to any other agreement or arrangement approved by The Club Operating Company, and may be designated as a “Club affiliated resort.” Some Affiliated Resorts are managed by members of the Diamond Resorts International group of companies.

Affiliated Resort means a resort which has entered into a Resort Affiliation Agreement and/or an Owners Association Agreement with RCI and is entitled to provide the services under the RCI Exchange Program.

Each Member acknowledges that it is the sole responsibility of the owner, lessor, lessee or operator of any Affiliated Resort or the providers of Partner Inventory, and not the responsibility of the Network Administrator, to ensure its accommodations, facilities and amenities are accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities.
Complaints about accommodations or services provided at an Affiliated Resort or accommodating party should be made at the earliest opportunity to a person in authority at the Affiliated Resort or accommodating party.

Reservations may be cancelled by the Network Administrator with respect to any resort which ceases to be an Affiliated Resort or any Points Partner which ceases to offer Partner Inventory in this program.

Affiliated Resort means a tourist or Club Resort that is available through the Anfi Vacation Club.

Affiliated Resort means a timeshare plan, resort accommodation or other facility or program containing one or more Qualifying Interests which has become affiliated with the Exchange Program from time to time on a direct basis pursuant to an Affiliation Agreement or pursuant to any other agreement or arrangement approved by Operating Company designating such resort or other facility as an “Affiliated Resort.”

Affiliated Resort means a Home Resort or Home Group, which has entered into a current Affiliation Agreement and RCI Points Addendum. (c ) Affiliation Agreement means the agreement pursuant to which a shared ownership resort or club becomes an Affiliated Resort.

Affiliated Resort means a Resort, Inventory provider or Alternative Inventory provider authorized by RCI to offer the Program by having entered into an Affiliation Agreement with RCI.
