Agency Area definition

Agency Area means the trunk roads within the area defined by the Agency Agreement

  • If an Individual makes a request for an accounting directly to Area Agency, Area Agency shall notify NYSOFA of the request within 3 business days of such request and will cooperate with Covered Entity and/or NYSOFA and allow Covered Entity to send the response to the Individual.
