Disputes Procedure definition

Disputes Procedure means the procedure described in Rule 12.
Disputes Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 31 of Framework Schedule 4;
Disputes Procedure means any of the procedures referred to in Schedule 13 or any other arbitration or expert determination procedures required by law or agreed between the parties.

  • Scottish Water shall comply with Part 9 (Disputes Procedure) if it wishes to raise any Dispute under the Market Code.

  • Section 1.3., Part 8 (Governance) Section 8.2.7 and Part 10 (General Terms) Section 10.7.2 the provisions of Part 7 (Cost Recovery), Part 9 (Disputes Procedure) and Part 10 (General Terms) shall continue to bind any party who ceases to be a Code Party irrespective of the reason for such cessation.

  • Where either Partner considers that the other Partner’s justification for making an Urgent Decision is not reasonable or not substantiated and/or if the Partners cannot agree as to the implications of any Urgent Decision on the Partnership Arrangements, then either Partner may refer any such matter to the Disputes Procedure under the Partnership Agreement.

  • For the purposes of this clause working day has the same meaning as in the Disputes Procedure.

  • However, exhaustion of the Grievance Procedure may by agreement result in the Disputes Procedure being invoked.

  • Any dispute over the application of these arrangements shall be immediately processed in accordance with the Avoidance of Disputes Procedure set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School.   • Written Procedure means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Bondholders in accordance with Clause 18 (Written Procedure).

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the timetable set out in paragraph 164 of Call Off Schedule 11 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

  • Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • Claims Process means the process for Settlement Class Members’ submission of Claims, as described in Section III.
