Disputes Procedure definition

Disputes Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 31 of Framework Schedule 4;
Disputes Procedure means the procedure for resolving a Dispute set out in clauses 26.6 to 26.18;
Disputes Procedure means the procedure described in Rule 12.

  • It is a specific condition of employment pursuant to this Agreement that during the period that this Agreement is in force, all parties undertake to ensure that all industrial grievances and disputes shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with Clause 10 Avoidance of Disputes Procedure of this Agreement and that at all times the Refineries Operations will not be compromised due to any unlawful strike, ban or limitation, or any other form of unlawful industrial action.

  • It is recognised by the parties and all employees covered by this Agreement that the Avoidance of Disputes Procedure requires that any matter must firstly be raised by the employee or his/her delegate/representative at job level with his/her manager prior to referral to the Union or corporate Company management.

  • However, exhaustion of the Grievance Procedure may by agreement result in the Disputes Procedure being invoked.

  • Where either Partner considers that the other Partner’s justification for making an Urgent Decision is not reasonable or not substantiated and/or if the Partners cannot agree as to the implications of any Urgent Decision on the Partnership Arrangements, then either Partner may refer any such matter to the Disputes Procedure under the Partnership Agreement.

  • For the purposes of this clause working day has the same meaning as in the Disputes Procedure.

  • Any dispute over the application of these arrangements shall be immediately processed in accordance with the Avoidance of Disputes Procedure set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.

  • In the event a person believes they have been treated unfairly in the application of the Personal Code of Conduct the matter will be processed in accordance with the Disputes Procedure.

  • In the event of any complaints or disputes in relation to this Agreement, the parties agree to comply with the Complaints and Disputes Procedure set out in Schedule 3 of this Agreement.

  • Any dispute relating to the payment or accuracy of any invoice must be resolved pursuant to the Billing Disputes Procedure specified in clause 9.

  • An employee shall have complete freedom to decide whether to be represented during this Settlement of Disputes Procedure and if so by whom.
