Agency management definition

Agency management means the agency head and all management officials, supervisors, and other representatives of management having authority to act for the agency on any matters relating to the implementation of the agency labor-management relations program established under this Order;
Agency management. To assure that the DEP’s structures, systems, personnel and financial resources are sufficient to implement Maine’s environmental laws, provide expected public service, maintain accountability to state and federal funding sources, and improve organizational performance.
Agency management means the agency head, deputy agency head or assistant agency head (not assistant to the agency head) responsible for issuing requisitions for and overseeing the activities (such as attendance) of temporary contract workers.

  • Funds provided under this Contract shall not be utilized to abridge the rights of employees to organize themselves into a collective bargaining organization or preclude them from negotiating with Provider Agency management.
