Contract Workers. / “leased worker” means (A) a full-time, private-sector employee (or self- employed individual) that is not on the Company’s payroll but who has worked for the Company at the Project Facility for a minimum of 35 hours per week for not less than 4 consecutive weeks providing services that are similar to services that would otherwise be performed by a Full Time Equivalent Employee, or (B) 2 part-time, private-sector employees (or self-employed individuals) that are not on the Company’s payroll but who have worked for the Company at the Project Facility for a combined minimum of 35 hours per week for not less than 4 consecutive weeks providing services that are similar to services that would otherwise be performed by a Full Time Equivalent Employee.
Contract Workers means independent contractors, consultants, temporary employees, leased employees or other agents employed or used with respect to the operation of the business of the GCL Companies and classified by the Company as other than employees or compensated other than through wages paid by the Company through its payroll department.
Contract Workers means independent contractors, consultants, temporary employees, leased employees or other service providers employed or used by any member of the BP Group and (a) not classified by the BP Group as employees or (b) compensated by the BP Group other than through wages reported on a form W-2.

More Definitions of Contract Workers

Contract Workers means any self-employed or temporary worker who acts on behalf of MGI Group without being an Employee.
