Agency Transfer Agreement definition

Agency Transfer Agreement means the Agency Transfer Agreement, dated as of the Amendment No. 10 Effective Date, among Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, as successor Agent, Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, as Predecessor Agent, the Borrower and the Loan Parties party thereto, as amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.

Agency Transfer Agreement means the Successor Agent Agreement, dated as of October 27, 2016, by and among the Loan Parties, the Former Agent and the Administrative Agent.
