Agent Data definition

Agent Data means the public ID numbers, names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Designated Broker’s agents and brokers.
Agent Data means the data exchanged via the Product but excludes any data that (i) is already known by AgencyZOOM through means unrelated to the exchange of data through the Product; (ii) is or becomes available through public sources apart from any unauthorized action by AgencyZOOM; or (iii) is obtained by AgencyZOOM from a third party who has the right to disclose the such data.
Agent Data means the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of all Real Estate Licensees.

More Definitions of Agent Data

Agent Data means all electronic data or information submitted by Agent to and stored by the GetHired Service. “Documentation” means the administrative and user manuals published by GetHired and provided by GetHired to Agent within the GetHired Service, which may be updated from time to time, but excluding any sales or marketing materials.

Related to Agent Data

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data
