User Manuals means the user instruction materials (e.g. user guide, quick start guide and safety guide documents) packaged with the Product or Accessory(ies) or posted online (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇).

User Manuals means the documentation provided by M&I to Customer which describes the features and functionalities of each of the ADP Services as modified and updated by the customer bulletins distributed by M&I from time to time.

Licensee owns the media on which the Licensed Software is originally or subsequently recorded or fixed, but TALARIAN retains ownership of all copies of the Licensed Software Materials including without limitation all rights in the Licensed Software as it is incorporated within and/or used with the Application (as defined below).

User Manuals has the meaning given in Schedule A, Section 5.5(a)(i) and include those manuals listed and described in Exhibit A-2.
