In the event that any Letter of Credit expires or is surrendered to the issuing LC Bank without being drawn (in whole or in part) then, in such event, the foregoing commitment to make a Reimbursement Purchase with respect to draws under such Letter of Credit shall expire with respect to such Letter of Credit and the Aggregate Exposure Amount shall automatically reduce by the Stated Amount of the Letter of Credit which is no longer outstanding.
