Aggregate Tons definition

Aggregate Tons means for any relevant period, the total Tons of Acceptable Solid Waste delivered to the Connecticut Solid Waste System, other than Contract Waste or Spot Waste.

Examples of Aggregate Tons in a sentence

  • Each Budget shall include CRRA’s estimates of the following for the subject Contract Year: the Cost of Operation and the Net Cost of Operation, the Aggregate Tons, Non-Disposal Fee Revenues, any deposits or withdrawals (or both) to and from Reserves, and the Service Payments.

  • CRRA shall set the Base Disposal Fee such that the product of the Base Disposal Fee and the Aggregate Tons, shall produce funds estimated as sufficient to pay the estimated Net Cost of Operation for the subject Contract Year.

  • The Base Disposal Fee shall be recalculated by the Authority in a commercially reasonable manner taking into account changes in the Cost of Operation, Non Disposal Fee Revenue, Net Cost of Operation, Aggregate Tons and other applicable factors as defined in the MSAs, hereinafter the Impairment Period Service Fee.
