Contract Waste definition

Contract Waste means Acceptable Solid Waste delivered to the Connecticut Solid Waste System by Persons other than (i) Participating Municipalities, and (ii) Waste Haulers, with respect to Acceptable Solid Waste generated within the boundaries of any Participating Municipality, that is delivered under a contract with CRRA having a term which includes all or a portion of the relevant Contract Year.
Contract Waste has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement
Contract Waste means all Waste arisings collected by the Contractor, including Business Recycling and Waste.

Contract Waste means all residual and bulky waste, as defined in the Specification, which is to be included as directed to the Contractor’s Representative by the Contract Manager, together with any other such non-hazardous waste as required from time to time to be removed from the site, subject to any agreed variation in associated cost..
