Aggregated Information may be derived from your Personal Information but is not considered Personal Information in law as this information does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.
However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Information with your Personal Information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined information as Personal Information that will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Aggregated Information means the data and information referred to in clause 5.4 which is collected from You and Your Users and from a range of other sources, including subscribers to Our Services, and which has been collected and aggregated so that no individuals or their farm and business operations can be identified and so that none of their specific Personal Information can be ascertained.
