Aggregation Pool definition

Aggregation Pool means the group of Customers that Agent or a Customer acting on its own behalf establishes pursuant to Aggregation Service.
Aggregation Pool means an aggregation in which the requirements of a member of the Energy Cooperative for certain energy services are joined with the requirements of other members of the Energy Cooperative to create a purchasing unit for the purchase of those energy services.
Aggregation Pool means the entire Buffalo Wallow System for purposes of the Aggregation Pooling Service as described in Section 22.5 of these Buffalo Wallow General Terms and Conditions.

  • Supplier is responsible for making the customer whole if it submits an account on the wrong rate or Aggregation Pool, or fails to provide timely rate information to the Company.

  • The Supplier will be charged a penalty of 0.1 times the Daily Index for the aggregated Gas Usage of Customers in the Aggregation Pool that exceeds 120% of the Supplier’s aggregate actual receipts on the Delivering Pipeline to the Gas Service Area.

  • Adjusted Target Volume ATV The volume of Gas determined pursuant to Section 12.3.   • If the Company recalls Underground Storage Withdrawal Capacity from the Customer’s former Supplier, the Company shall reduce the Underground Storage Capacity associated with the affected Aggregation Pool in accordance with Section 13.8 of these Terms and Conditions.

  • If the Company elects to recall Underground Storage Withdrawal Capacity from the Supplier pursuant to this Section, the Company shall reduce the Underground Storage Capacity associated with the affected Aggregation Pool in accordance with Section 13.8 of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Calculation of the charges applicable to the Aggregation Pool will be based on aggregated Gas Usage and other such indicators of all Customers in the Aggregation Pool.

  • If the Company reduces the MDPQ in the Customer’s former Supplier’s Service Agreement, the Company shall also reduce the Peaking Supply associated with the affected Aggregation Pool in accordance with Section 16.0 of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Maximum Daily Peaking The portion of a Customer’s TCQ identified and Quantity (MDPQ) allocated as Peaking Capacity, such that the maximum daily amount of Gas that can be withdrawn from a Suppliers’ Peaking Service Account pursuant to Section 16.0 of these Terms and Conditions shall be equal to the sum of the Customers’ MDPQs in a Supplier’s Aggregation Pool.

  • The Supplier will be charged a penalty of 5 times the Daily Index for the aggregated Gas Usage of Customers in the Aggregation Pool that exceeds 102% of the Supplier’s aggregate actual receipts on the Delivering Pipeline to the Gas Service Area.
