Aggregation Service definition

Aggregation Service is a service provided by the Company that allows Suppliers to deliver to the Company, on an aggregated basis, those natural gas supplies that are needed to satisfy the full firm requirements of the one, or more, firm transportation customers that comprise the membership of the Supplier’s Pool, as defined below, all in accordance with the rules established by the Company regarding delivery requirements, banking, billing and payments, and Supplier performance requirements.

Aggregation Service means a facility where a group of individual Accounts with a common connection, for example branch and regional offices linked to a Head Office, who share terms for those Accounts, are aggregated for interest and charging purposes.

Aggregation Service means an online account aggregation or personal financial management service that retrieves, consolidates, organizes, and presents your accounts for the purpose of allowing you to view your accounts with an Aggregator in a single location. An Aggregation Service does not include a personal financial management and account aggregation feature or service that we may offer through Online or Mobile Banking.

Available Balance is the Ledger Balance minus any holds placed on your Account, including authorization holds for pending Card transactions, any hold we have placed on your Account to comply with court orders or other legal requirements, and holds for any other reason, including suspected fraud and pending transactions, such as ACH transactions. Bill Pay is our BMO Xxxxxx Xxxx Pay® Service, which enables you to use your personal computer or Eligible Mobile Device to make onetime or recurring bill payments. Bill Payment means a payment through Bill Pay that allows you to pay or transfer funds to designated Billers based upon your instructions to us using a personal computer or Eligible Mobile Device. Bill Payment Account means the checking Account you have designated on your BMO Xxxxxx Xxxx Pay profile for us to debit with respect to payments made through the Bill Pay Service in Digital Banking.
