Agreed Completion Dates definition

Agreed Completion Dates means, collectively, the Agreed Phase I Completion Date, the Agreed Phase II Completion Date, the Agreed Phase III Completion Date, the Agreed Phase IV Completion Date and the Agreed Phase V Completion Date.
Agreed Completion Dates has the meaning given such term in the Program Agreement.

Related to Agreed Completion Dates

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
