Agreed Procedures definition

Agreed Procedures means the practices and procedures relating to the origination, management and servicing of the Mortgages from time to time notified by the Trust Manager to the Mortgage Manager for the purposes of this Agreement. The initial Agreed Procedures are set out in the document entitled "SMHL Mortgage Product - Agreed Procedures Manual (Mortgage Origination and Management)" dated on or about the date of this Agreement.
Agreed Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
Agreed Procedures means all procedures, policies, criteria and guidelines relating to the acquisition, origination, management and servicing of the Mortgages agreed between the Trustee and the Master Servicer from time to time. The initial Agreed Procedures are set out in the document entitled "ARMS II Programme—Agreed Procedures dated on or about the date of this Agreement, and initialled by the parties for identification purposes.
