Agreement of the Caribbean Court of Justice means the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Court of Justice, to which Grenada is a party,

  • Department of Justice means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice.

  • Ministry of Justice Code means the Ministry of Justice's Code of Practice on the Discharge of the Functions of Public Authorities under Part 1 of the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 as amended from time to time;

  • Antitrust Division means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice.

  • Cayman Court means the courts of the Cayman Islands.

  • FTC means the United States Federal Trade Commission.

  • DOJ means the United States Department of Justice.

  • Juvenile court means the district court of this state.

  • High Court means the High Court of Ireland.

  • Commissioners Court means Travis County Commissioners Court.

  • Labour Court means the Labour Court established by section 151 of the Labour Relations Act;

  • Ministry of Justice Guidance means Ministry of Justice Guidance in relation to Section 9 of the Bribery Act 2010 available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/guidance/docs/bribery-act-2010-guidance.pdf;

  • Arbitration Act means the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall include any amendment to or any re-enactment thereof as in force from time to time.

  • Competition Act means the Competition Act (Canada).

  • Bankruptcy Court has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Chief Justice means the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

  • Justice means a justice of the peace;

  • Fugitive from justice means any person who has fled from any state, territory, the

  • Chapter 11 Cases means (a) when used with reference to a particular Debtor, the case pending for that Debtor under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court and (b) when used with reference to all the Debtors, the procedurally consolidated chapter 11 cases pending for the Debtors in the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Competition Act Approval means that one or more of the following shall have occurred: (i) the relevant waiting period in section 123 of the Competition Act shall have expired, been waived or been terminated and the Commissioner shall have issued a letter to the Parties indicating that he does not, at that time, intend to make an application under section 92 of the Competition Act in respect of the Investment; or (ii) the Commissioner shall have issued an ARC in respect of the Investment;

  • Youth court means the court established pursuant to this chapter to hear all proceedings in

  • Canadian Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).

  • U.S. Bankruptcy Court means the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

  • competent authorities means the competent authorities of the Member States as identified on the websites listed in Annex II;

  • Superior Court means the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

  • Competent Court of Law means any court or tribunal or any similar judicial or quasi- judicial body in India that has jurisdiction to adjudicate upon issues relating to this Agreement;

  • Antitrust Authorities means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, the United States Federal Trade Commission or the antitrust or competition law authorities of any other jurisdiction (whether United States, foreign or multinational).
