AI Services means, collectively, Amazon CodeGuru Profiler, Amazon CodeGuru Reviewer, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Comprehend Medical, Amazon Forecast, Amazon Kendra, Amazon Lex, Amazon Personalize, Amazon Polly, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Textract, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Transcribe Medical and Amazon Translate. “AI Content” means Your Content that is processed by an AI Service.

Examples of AI Services in a sentence

  • In response to any prompts, comments, questions, and other Input that You provide to the Service, the Service, together with AI Services, may generate new or revised Content (“Output”).

  • Supplier implements and maintains policies, procedures, and technical and administrative measures to develop the AI Services in accordance with ethical and responsible AI guidelines, including by developing such AI Services in a manner that promotes human oversight, transparency, accountability, fairness, safety, and security.

  • The Service may use AI Services, and/or contain links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Websites”), applications (“Third-Party Applications”) and advertisements for third parties (“Third-Party Ads”) (collectively, the “Third-Party Services”).

  • Supplier will commission an independent third party to conduct an annual bias audit (for race, ethnicity and sex/gender) on applicable AI Services.

  • You must review and comply with such requirements for the AI Services used.

  • If a change in law or the interpretation of a competent court or authority results in (i) Supplier not being able to offer the AI Services in whole or in part, or (ii) Customer not being able to use the AI Services in compliance with Applicable Laws, Supplier may, without liability to Customer, reduce the functionality and/or scope of the AI Services (e.g. cease providing the AI Services in a given country), or remove the AI Services altogether.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Xxxxxxxx may share your Inputs with the AI Services for this purpose and such AI Services may not be required to maintain the confidentiality of any of Your Content.

  • Further, You understand that additional license requirements may apply to certain AI Services, including that such AI Services may retain certain rights to use or disclose Your Content, including to further train their algorithmic models.

  • The same applies where Supplier can no longer provide any part of the AI Services that are powered by AI licensed from a third party.

  • Customer is responsible for its use of the AI Services, including but not limited to maintaining human oversight.

Related to AI Services

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
