Air Products Agreements definition

Air Products Agreements means the Air Products Asset Purchase Agreement, the Transition Services Agreement (as defined in the Air Products Asset Purchase Agreement), the Air Products Supply Agreements and the other agreements contemplated by the Air Products Asset Purchase Agreement, in each case as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
