AIRC definition

AIRC means the Australian Industrial Relations Commission. Basic periodic rate of pay (refer to section 178 of the Act) means a rate of pay for a period worked (however the rate is described) that does not include incentive-based payments and bonuses, loadings, monetary allowances, penalty rates or any other similar separately identifiable entitlements.
AIRC means the Australian Industrial Relations Commission or any successor body that is conferred with the same or similar functions.
