Monetary allowances. The agreement must outline any monetary allowances that are to be provided by the states to sellers or certified service providers.
Monetary allowances a) The employee(s) and the employer intend that the provisions in this agreement exclude the operation of protected award conditions in the Shop Employee (State) Award dealing with any other monetary allowances and penalty rates not specifically referred to in this agreement, including, but not limited to night interval, meal, breakfast, casual employees working on Saturdays, laundering, section head, delivering goods, first aid, motor car, and disability allowances.

Monetary allowances. The employees ordinary rate of pay is inclusive of payments for all monetary allowances. No additional payment will be made for: • Van allowance • Tool Allowance Prior to this agreement, the applicable rates for the above allowances were Van Allowance $26.00 per week and Tool allowance $15.00 per week. Tool allowance will be increased to $20.00 per week at the time the pay increases in Clause 7 come into effect. From this date, the full value of these allowances will be included in the ordinary rate of pay and in future will move in line with adjustments to ordinary pay rates as specified in Clause 7 (b and c). Change in circumstance, (eg. Employee no longer supplies tools) may result in a change to the rate of ordinary pay to reflect the notional value of the foregone allowance. The local van accident policy (as amended from time to time) will apply to accidents that may occur when an employee is in control of a company vehicle, including suspension of payment of van allowance equivalent where an insurance excess is payable due to driver fault.
Monetary allowances. The following monetary provisions are to be omitted from the contract sum and used as directed below.
Monetary allowances. The monetary allowances specified in this Agreement will be increased by 3.5% in line with the wage increase specified in clause 12, effective from the Operative Date of this Agreement.
