Additional Aircraft definition

Additional Aircraft means any aircraft that the Grantor has elected to subject to the Lien of the Aircraft Security Agreement as Additional Collateral or Qualified Replacement Assets, other than the initial Aircraft so subjected or any Replacement Aircraft.
Additional Aircraft means an Aircraft supplied by the Contractor under the provisions of clause 6.10.
Additional Aircraft means any aircraft and any related Engine acquired by any ACS Bermuda Group Member from a Seller or an Affiliate of a Seller, from another ACS Group Member or (upon receipt of a Rating Agency Confirmation with respect thereto) or from any other Person after the Initial Closing Date (other than any Initial Aircraft, Remaining Aircraft or Substitute Aircraft) (in any such case in accordance with the provisions hereof including obtaining the prior written consent of the Policy Provider and the Initial Credit Facility Provider) including any Aircraft acquired by way of a contribution but excluding any such Aircraft after it has been sold or disposed of by way of a completed Aircraft Sale.

  • In such event, the Parties will enter into a Carrier Work Order in the form attached as Exhibit B and, as applicable, an Aircraft Sublease in the form of Exhibit E or an Aircraft Lease in a form to be mutually agreed containing industry standard commercial terms, subject to and incorporating, as applicable, the requirements of any financing party, concurrently with the Services Commencement Date for the Additional Aircraft.

More Definitions of Additional Aircraft

Additional Aircraft means any Aircraft not listed in Exhibit A that becomes subject to a Sublease between Amazon and a Carrier after the Effective Date.
