Aircraft Documents and Records definition

Aircraft Documents and Records means the documents, data and records identified in the list attached to the Certificate of Acceptance, and any other documents and records required in connection with Lessee's obligations under Section 8.8, and all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements from time to time made to any of the foregoing in accordance with the Lease.

Related to Aircraft Documents and Records

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Lessee Documents Has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b) of the Participation Agreement.

  • Seller Agreements means those agreements between Seller and third parties, including Artists and/or PRO, wherein Seller is entitled to receive the Percentage Interest of all Assets.
