Aircraft Log Books means any and all log books, maintenance records, airworthiness certificates, registration documents and other records and documents relating to the Aircraft or Aircraft Parts.

Aircraft Log Books. The maintenance logbooks can be checked out for pilot review or as needed for a checkride. The logbooks must be returned promptly after your check ride to a New Kent Aviation employee.   • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Public aircraft means an aircraft used exclusively in the service of any government or of any political subdivision thereof, including the government of any state, territory, or possession of the United States, or the District of Columbia, but not including any government-owned aircraft engaged in carrying persons or property for commercial purposes.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.
