Aircraft Movement Area definition

Aircraft Movement Area means the runways, taxiways, and other areas of the airport utilized for taxiing, hover taxiing, air taxiing, and takeoff or landing of aircraft, exclusive of loading ramps, maintenance ramps and parking areas.
Aircraft Movement Area or “Movement Area” shall mean any area of the Airport, which is intended for the landing, takeoff or taxiing or towing of aircraft.
Aircraft Movement Area or “Movement Area” means the area designated by agreement with the FAA and by marking as the area intended exclusively for aircraft operations such as takeoff, landing, taxiing, safety areas, and FAA approach equipment areas and that is under the control of FAA air traffic controllers when they are on duty.
