Airport Lessee definition

Airport Lessee means any entity that leases or subleases any property owned by LAWA and pertaining to LAX.

  • LAWA shall ensure that by five years from the effective date of this Agreement, 50 percent of the Covered Vehicles operated by any Airport Contractor, Airport Lessee, and Airport Licensee (collectively “Operators”) are Alternative-Fuel Vehicles or Optional Low NOx Standard Vehicles.

  • If any part of the Leased Premises, or the improvements thereon, are enclosed within the secure area of the Airport, Lessee shall provide all materials and labor, at its sole cost, necessary to comply with the Airport Security Plan and TSA Section 49 CFR Part 1542 (Airport Security).

  • If and to the extent that Lessee operates aircraft at or on the Airport, Lessee shall be subject to the provisions of Exhibit C.

  • Should Lessee’s activities on or upon the Demised Premises result in contamination as a result of the spill or release of Hazardous Materials in the Demised Premises or any part of the Airport, Lessee agrees to take full responsibility for the cost of the clean-up of the same, further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City for the same (including legal and attorneys fees), and to defend the City at the Lessee’s expense in any proceeding arising from, or resulting from such contamination.

  • If any part of the Leased Premises, or the improvements thereon, are enclosed within the secure area ("the Security Line") of the Airport, Lessee shall provide all materials and labor, at its sole cost, necessary to comply with the Airport Security Plan and TSA Section 49 CFR Part 1542 (Airport Security).

  • Subject to the rules and regulations of City and the federal government governing operation and use of the Airport and its facilities and the activities thereon (including, but not limited to, the provisions regarding security at the Airport), Lessee shall have the right to use such facilities of the Airport as are provided for common use by the public.

  • If at any point County seeks federal, state, or local government approval regarding the operation or modification of the Airport, Lessee shall provide any and all reasonably requested cooperation and support, including, without limitation, supporting County's efforts to obtain any such approvals and executing any documents or instruments reasonably requested by County.
