Alternate Investor Percentage definition

Alternate Investor Percentage means, at any time, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the portion of the Net Investment funded by the Alternate Investor(s) related to a particular Conduit Investor and the denominator of which is the Net Investment funded through the Related Funding Agent at such time.
Alternate Investor Percentage means, at any time, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the portion of the Net Investment funded by the Alternate Investor(s) related to a particular Purchaser Group and the denominator of which is the Net Investment funded through such Purchaser Group at such time.
Alternate Investor Percentage. At any time with respect to any Alternate Investor, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is equal to the Commitment of such Alternate Investor on such day and the denominator of which is equal to the related Class Facility Limit on such day.
