Alternate Redelivery Point definition

Alternate Redelivery Point means the flange or weld on the downstream side of the emergency shut down valve installed downstream of the Plant at the point of connection to any pipeline connected to the Plant as of the Effective Date other than the KMTP pipeline.

  • As between KMTP and COPANO, KMTP shall be in control and possession of the Gas until such Gas has been delivered to COPANO at the Delivery Point and after it has been redelivered to KMTP at the Residue Gas Redelivery Point or Alternate Redelivery Point.

  • COPANO shall deliver and KMTP shall receive Residue Gas at the Residue Gas Redelivery Point or the Alternate Redelivery Point at a pressure that is not more than 50 psig less than the pressure at which KMTP Gas was delivered at the Delivery Point, unless KMTP will accept a lesser pressure at the Residue Gas Redelivery Point or the Alternate Redelivery Point.

  • As between the Parties, KMTP shall be responsible for all taxes and assessments levied on facilities owned by KMTP and activities prior to the delivery of COPANO Gas and KMTP Gas at the Delivery Point and after the redelivery at the Residue Gas Redelivery Point or Alternate Redelivery Point.

Related to Alternate Redelivery Point

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Entry Point means a point just downstream of the final treatment operation, but upstream of the first user and upstream of any mixing with other water. If raw water is used without treatment, the “entry point” is the raw water source. If a PWS receives treated water from another PWS, the “entry point” is a point just downstream of the other PWS, but upstream of the first user on the receiving PWS, and upstream of any mixing with other water.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.

  • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no altemate fuel capability.

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;
