The Bonds may be issued in series, for various principal sums, may mature at different times, may bear interest at different rates and may otherwise vary as in the Amended Indenture provided.
In case an event of default, as defined in the Amended Indenture, shall occur, the principal of all the Bonds at any such time outstanding under the Amended Indenture may be declared or may become due and payable, upon the conditions and in the manner and with the effect provided in the Amended Indenture.
The Amended Indenture provides that such declaration may in certain events be waived by the holders of a majority in principal amount of the Bonds entitled to vote then outstanding.
Each Bond with respect to which the Company elects to receive a credit will be credited by the Trustee at 100% of the principal amount thereof against such principal payment, provided further that in the case of a credit with respect to any Authority Bonds, the principal amount thereof shall be established by an officers' certificate (as defined in the Amended Indenture) concurred in by the Authority Bond Trustee, included with the above-mentioned notice to the Trustee.
