Amended Plan definition

Amended Plan means a plan modified under the provisions of 11 U.S.C. §§ 942, 1127, 1223, 1229, 1323, and 1329. The terms “modified” and “amended” are used interchangeably.

Amended Plan means the revised chapter 11 plan, consistent in all material respects with the terms of this Agreement and the Plan Term Sheet, to be filed by the Company Parties in the Chapter 11 Cases.

Amended Plan means the Sixth Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization for Owens Corning and its Affiliated Debtors and Debtors-In-Possession, filed on June 5, 2006, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time; provided that no such amendment or supplement shall be given effect for purposes of this definition that shall (i) alter the capitalization of Owens Corning contemplated therein, (ii) materially adversely affect the obligations or rights of the Investors hereunder or (iii) cause any representation or warranty contained herein to be incorrect.

Examples of Amended Plan in a sentence

• Capitalized terms not specifically defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Amended Plan.

• In the event of a conflict between any term or condition contained herein and a term or provision of the Amended Plan, the applicable terms and conditions of the Amended Plan will govern and prevail.
