Amended Plan Documents definition

Amended Plan Documents means this Amended Plan of Rehabilitation and Disclosure Statement together with the Schedules, Exhibits and Tables appended to it.
Amended Plan Documents means, collectively, the Amended Reorganization Plan and related Disclosure Statement filed by Holdings and the other Debtors with the Bankruptcy Court on July 16, 2014 (as amended, restated, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time as, and to the extent, permitted by the Commitment Letter and this Agreement, together with any exhibits, documents, supplements, attachments and agreements related thereto).
Amended Plan Documents means those documents necessary to effectuate the Plan.

Related to Amended Plan Documents

  • Plan Documents means the reports, proposals, preliminary plans, survey and basis of design data, general and detail construction plans, profiles, specifications and all other information pertaining to equipment.

The Debtors shall have the right to alter, amend, modify, or supplement the documents contained in the Plan Supplement through the Effective Date in accordance with this Plan and the Restructuring Support Agreement (and subject to the applicable consent rights thereunder).

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
