Amended Subsidiary Agreement definition

Amended Subsidiary Agreement has the meaning given to such term in Section I.B.1 of the Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Amended Subsidiary Agreement means Convenio Subsidiario, the agreement between MHCP and MAG-FOR referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
