AMICO Work definition

AMICO Work means the digital image, catalog record, and all other related digital multimedia or text documentation of a workof art in The AMICO LibraryTM.

  • With the exception of adaptations for student assignments and for faculty or student portfolios, Designated Users may not retain any adaptation of an AMICO Work, in whole or in part, after the termination of this Agreement.

  • The University Subscriber, or persons acting on behalf of the University Subscriber, is prohibited from using any AMICO Work for fund-raising, marketing promotion, or public relations.

  • Subscriber, or persons acting on behalf of the Subscriber, is prohibited from using any AMICO Work for fundraising, marketing promotion, or public relations without express authorization from AMICO.

  • In addition to any other notices required under this Agreement, any adaptation of AMICO Works, in whole or in part, must: (1) clearly identify all changes in the image and/or related documentation, and (2) provide citations or direct links to the unadapted AMICO Work.

  • Distributor shall be permitted to add additional fields of numeric or text information to aid in the retrieval or use of The AMICO Library™ but such added content shall not be displayed to Licensed Users as part of an AMICO Work.

  • Without express authorization of an AMICO Member and/or other copyright holder, the Subscriber and its Designated Users may not: 1) publish or redistribute any AMICO Work by any means beyond the Designated User community, or 2) make any commercial use of any AMICO Work.

Related to AMICO Work

  • New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.
