Examples of Ancillary Contracts in a sentence
All other agencies of the State of Iowa, Independent Purchasing Authorities and all political subdivisions of the State of Iowa may make purchases pursuant to the Base Contract and/or Ancillary Contracts.
It cannot be excluded that a German court would consider such additional agreements even if not held as linked contracts (verbundene Verträge) as ancillary contracts (zusammenhängende Verträge) (see “2.12 Additional Contracts – Risks arising from additional contracts qualifying as Ancillary Contracts (Zusammenhängende Verträge)” below).
The term "Ancillary Contracts" shall mean collectively the agreements set forth on EXHIBIT H.
