  • At the end of the Ancillary Equipment Site Lease Term Lessee shall surrender the Ancillary Equipment to Lessor in good order, subject to depreciation, ordinary wear and tear and casualty loss, and lessee shall have no right or option to remove all or any portion of the Ancillary Equipment upon expiration or termination of the Ancillary Equipment Site Lease Term.

  • The rights and obligations of the parties to the Ancillary Equipment Site Lease shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the respective permitted successors and assigns of the parties (but without affecting any restrictions on assignment and subletting set forth in the Ancillary Equipment Site Lease).

  • All defined terms used in this Memorandum shall have the respective meanings provided for such defined terms in the Ancillary Equipment Site Lease.

  • Equipment Lease means a Contract for the lease of Equipment or for the purchase of Equipment under a conditional sales or title retention agreement.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.
