Ancillary Projects definition

Ancillary Projects means the capital improvements of the District financed in connection with the delivery of the 2005 Facilities Agreement and the 2006 Facilities Agreement but not subject thereto.
Ancillary Projects means the acquisition, construction, and equipping of certain new or existing facilities using proceeds of the Bonds, all as described on Exhibit A hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time. The Ancillary Projects do not include the 2019 Projects. Neither the improvements comprising the Ancillary Projects nor the real property on which the Ancillary Projects are situated are included in the Trust Estate or subject to the Base Lease and the security and partition provisions of this Purchase and Use Agreement.
Ancillary Projects means the New Improvements consisting of the renovation of Boland Hall and Gunlocke Hall, and three future years of capital expenditures.

  • NCZ Examined Project means any Generator or UDR project that is not exempt pursuant to 23.4.5.7.8 and either (i) is in a Class Year on the date the Commission accepts the first ICAP Demand Curve to apply to a Mitigated Capacity Zone or (ii) meets the criteria specified in 23.4.5.7.3(II). An NCZ Examined Project may be at any phase of development or in operation or an Installed Capacity Supplier.For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Net CONE” shall mean the localized levelized embedded costs of a peaking unit in a Mitigated Capacity Zone, net of the likely projected annual Energy and Ancillary Services revenues of such unit, as determined in connection with establishing the Demand Curve for a Mitigated Capacity Zone pursuant to Section 5.14.1.2 of the Services Tariff, or as escalated as specified in Section 23.4.5.7 of Attachment H.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 C.F.R. 184.4.

  • Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other similar interests that constitute a burden on, and are measured by or are payable out of, the production of Hydrocarbons or the proceeds realized from the sale or other disposition thereof (including any amounts payable to publicly traded royalty trusts), but excluding Taxes and assessments of Governmental Entities.

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Food processing plant means a commercial operation that manufactures, packages, labels or stores food for human consumption and does not provide food directly to a consumer. “Food processing plant” does not include any of the following:

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Ancillary Lender means each Lender (or Affiliate of a Lender) which makes available an Ancillary Facility in accordance with Clause 7 (Ancillary Facilities).

  • Open video system means an open video system authorized pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 573 and, for

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Latest Projections means: (a) on the Closing Date and thereafter until the Agent receives new projections pursuant to Section 7.2(f), the projections of the Borrower’s financial condition, results of operations, and cash flows, for the period commencing on April 1, 2009 and ending on March 31, 2010 and delivered to the Agent prior to the Closing Date; and (b) thereafter, the projections most recently received by the Agent pursuant to Section 7.2(f).

  • Program Assets means any assets, goods or property (real, tangible or intangible) purchased or financed in whole or in part (directly or indirectly) by MCC Funding.

  • Ancillary Facility means any ancillary facility made available by an Ancillary Lender in accordance with Clause 6 (Ancillary Facilities).

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
