Announcing Third Party definition

Announcing Third Party has the meaning specified in General Terms and Conditions 12.2. "Automatic Exercise" has the meaning specified in General Terms and Conditions 7.2. "Automatic Redemption" has the meaning specified in General Terms and Conditions 8.2.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.
