Annual Administrative Assessment definition

Annual Administrative Assessment means the annual assessment levied against the properties of owners participating in LACEP to pay the ordinary and necessary costs incurred by the County in connection with the administration and collection of the Assessments, from the administration or registration of any associated bonds, including the Bonds, securities or other financing arrangements, and from the administration of other related funds.

  • If the Owner fails to timely pay any installment of the Assessment or the Annual Administrative Assessment, the Owner shall have a period of thirty (30) days after notice is given pursuant to paragraph (b) above within which to cure such default.

  • There is no litigation, tax claims, actions, proceedings, investigations or other disputes pending or threatened against the Owner or the Property which may impair the Owner’s ability to perform its obligations hereunder, or which may impair the County’s ability to levy and collect the Assessment and the Annual Administrative Assessment.
