Teachers shall be entitled to annual sick leave allocation based upon the number of accumulated sick days at the start of each year and calculated as follows: Number of Accumulated Sick Days Annual Allocation Less than 100 12 + 2 personal days 100-119 15 + 2 personal days 120-149 18 + 2 personal days 150+ 20 + 2 personal days Part-time employees shall receive pro-rated sick leave based upon full-time equivalency.
The Annual Allocation in any Funding Year will be up to the amount set out in the updated Table of Annual Allocations, pursuant to section D1.2 (Province’s Review and Approval of Annual Declaration of OMCC Participation), for that Funding Year.
To the extent MCWD decides not to take and receive any additional Product Water under this Section 9.5 in excess of the MCWD Annual Allocation, the Parties, in consultation with the Advisory Committee, shall explore opportunities for the sale of such excess Product Water to third parties on an interim basis and pursuant to terms which will allow the Parties to reduce the cost of Product Water Contract Payments while complying with Legal Requirements.
The Parties intend that CAW's requirement for 10 MGD of Product Water will be satisfied during the Peak Demand Period and, subject to the terms of Section 9.6, for the MCWD Annual Allocation to be satisfied during those portions of the Calendar Year other than the Peak Demand Period.
The Advisory Committee shall meet not less than quarterly to prepare a monthly schedule of estimated Product Water deliveries that coordinates MCWD's and CAW's rights to Product Water produced under this Agreement and ensures that the CAW Allocation and the MCWD Annual Allocation are fully met; provided, however, such schedule shall recognize the priority of CAW to 10 MGD of Product Water during CAW's Peak Demand Period (the “Water Delivery Schedule”).
