Annual Base Price definition

Annual Base Price means with regard to each Annual CPRE Performance Period, the Fair Market Value of one share of Common Stock as of the applicable Annual CPRE Vesting Date (or, if such day is not a trading day, the most recent trading day immediately preceding such day).

Related to Annual Base Price

  • Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.

Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.
