Annual Cleanup Budget definition

Annual Cleanup Budget means the annual budget for Environmental Actions for each Property including any amendments thereto, as described in, inter alia, Paragraphs 43, 44, and 49 through 51 of this Settlement Agreement.

  • CapEx Budget means the annual budget for the Asset Entities taken as a whole covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget.
