Annual Operating Agreement definition

Annual Operating Agreement means this Annual Operating Agreement and any Annual Operating Agreement Amendments negotiated and entered into by the parties subsequent hereto;

• The Annual Operating Agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors.

• The schedules attached hereto shall form part of the Annual Operating Agreement and be binding upon the parties hereto as though they were incorporated into the body of this Agreement.

• The Municipality and the Authority shall enter into an Annual Operating Agreement prescribed by regulation made pursuant to the British Columbia Transit Act.
