Grantee shall maintain adequate accountability and control over such property, maintain adequate property records, perform an annual physical inventory of all such property, and report this information in the Annual Agreement Progress Report, due as indicated in Section 4.2.3 of the Agreement, as well as in the Agreement Closeout Summary Report, as indicated in Section 4.2.4 of the Agreement.
