Annual Production definition
Annual Production. Program: document describing the forecasts for Production and handling of Oil, Gas, water, special fluids, and waste arising from the Production process of each Development Area or Field.
Annual Production means the total quantity of milk produced in a 12-month period beginning June 1st and ending May 31st of the next calendar year. Total quantity is expressed in hundredweight. [PL 2003, c. 648, §2 (NEW).]

The volume produced in the Field each month may not vary by more than fifteen percent (15%) when compared to the Production volume expected for the corresponding month in the Annual Production Program.
ANP shall have thirty (30) days of receipt of the Annual Production Program to approve it or request the Consortium Members to make the modifications it deems applicable.
The Annual Production Program shall not provide for a variance equal to or higher than ten percent (10%) of the amount provided for in the Development Plan.
The annual estimate of Solar Power with respect to the System for any given year as determined pursuant to this Section shall be the "Estimated Annual Production".

Annual Production. Estimated Remaining Total Production" and "Abandonment Cost Estimates" are as defined in Article 35.3.1;

Annual Production means during any year ended June 15th , the amount of Coal expressed in metric tonnes recovered from the Lands and shipped to a destination off the Lands or delivered to a thermal plant or other facility constructed on the Lands for use in such thermal plan or other facility;
